'Archilads' is a building design and architectural drafting firm providing a professional and creative approach to home, office, and space solutions.

 

Created by Mark Sinfield in 2004, Archilads is moving building design forward with a simple yet innovative attitude to architecture and environments.

 

Specialising in residential homes, Archilads can tailor your home, office, restaurant or commercial space to your specific needs and ideas.

 

After initial contact, I will arrange a time to meet with you at your convenience, either on site or in my office, to discuss your project. This discussion is a preliminary consultation - free of charge, to give task design a scope of works, budget, an idea of what restrictions you may or may not have, which permits are required, as well as my honest and experienced opinion of the projects feasibility.

 

It is now that I can give you the client a competitive quote for each stage of the process -

  • building design,
  • town planning (if required),
  • and building permit applications

As well as a realistic time frame for completion of each of the above stages of any project.
